Study Plan for the Faculty of Business Administration :
FIRST LEVEL/YEAR This is where you begin your journey to study the basics of various sciences to gain knowledge, understanding, mental and professional skills in the areas of; Accounting, management, economics, financial math, statistics, information technology, information systems (business computing) and technical writing.
SOPHOMORE (SECOND LEVEL) The student chooses one of two tracks: Track One: Enrollment in the Business Informatics (BIS) Program This year, knowledge, understanding, and mental and professional skills are acquired to combine the specializations of technological information systems, financial and commercial sciences, as the study varies in the field of; Fundamentals of programming, database management systems, software engineering, web development, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business analytics, investment analysis and communication skills, and intensive English for academic study. Second track: Enrollment in the general program of accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, business administration, and economics. This year, knowledge, understanding, and mental and professional skills are acquired in the field of; Managerial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting, Business Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Business Analytics, Investment Analysis and Communication Skills, and Intensive English for Academic Study.
JUNIOR (THIRD LEVEL) In this year: • In the first track, the student continues to acquire more focused knowledge, understanding, and mental and professional skills in the field of; Information security and privacy, business intelligence and data analytics, IT project management, digital transformation strategies, data warehousing and data mining, business process modeling and analysis, decision support systems, data structures and algorithms, business process management. • As for the second track, the student in the third year will choose one of the following programs: – Accounting. – Finance. – Marketing. – Entrepreneurship and Innovation – Business Administration. – Economics. The student will continue to acquire more focused knowledge, understanding, mental and professional skills in the chosen program specialty.
SENIOR (FROURTH LEVEL) In the final year, the student will continue his in-depth study to gain knowledge, understanding, mental and professional skills in their field of specialization. • Fourth Year also encompasses an individual Final Year Project, where you will develop a viable project based on a given topic. You’ll have a range of choices in selecting your topics, with a dedicated supervisor to guide you.
