As Part of its Institutional Performance Development Program… RST Organizes a Lecture on Work Stress and Crisis Management Skills

RST University of Science and Technology continues to implement the training program aimed at developing the skills of its administrative staff. The General Administration for Training and Human Resources Development organized the third training lecture within its program, under the patronage of Dr. Yehia Mabrouk, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Dr. Reda Hegazy, President of the University.

Mr. Hassan Abdelaziz Ammar, Secretary-General of the University, delivered a lecture titled “Work Stress and Crisis Management”, with the participation of all sectors and administrative departments across the university. The lecture comes as part of the university’s commitment to enhancing institutional performance and keeping pace with modern management practices.

During the session, the Secretary-General reviewed methods for strengthening employees’ abilities to handle daily work pressures and mechanisms for addressing potential challenges in the workplace. This contributes to improving the administrative staff’s efficiency in managing crises within the university environment, enhancing decision-making skills in urgent situations, and motivating employees to work as one team—considered a foundation for success and overcoming challenges. 

He emphasized that the university administration continuously strives to elevate the competence of its administrative workforce through ongoing training, in a way that achieves institutional excellence and aligns with development requirements.

The Secretary-General also highlighted that managing stress and crises is a life skill before being a professional one, noting that calmness and organization help individuals transform crises into opportunities and pressure into a real driver for success.
