Outstanding Innovations for University Students and Schools of Excellence at Al-Ryada University Exhibition
Dr. Reda Hegazy, President of Al- Ryada University for Science and Technology, emphasized that there are jobs that will disappear with the presence of artificial intelligence with the emergence of other jobs, noting that the graduate of RST University must have competitiveness locally, regionally and globally, not only success and merely the attainment of a degree, and must take into account the areas of the Job market.
This came during his speech at the International Innovation Exhibition organized by Al-Rayda University at its headquarters in Sadat City.
Hegazy added that the international classifications have different standards of recruitment of graduates in prestigious centers and the dissemination of international scientific research. A student must have an open mindset capable of learning for life as well as possessing murals and tools that enable him to succeed and continue learning and excellence. This is done through educational leaders and distinguished faculty members and the existence of different teaching methods and attention to cars and the care of students and activities.
He stressed that innovation and creativity is one of the axes of the Strategic Plan for Higher Education and the University is incubating innovations with the provision of full grants to superiors and children of martyrs and people of determination, noting that Sadat City has factories and companies that need certain specializations and there are partnerships between the university and its students to engage students in the field job market with applicable procedural research stemming from the real problems in society. He noted partnerships with the University of East London.
He said that the RST student is proud of the university and will have a name and be able to create jobs, stressing that there are colleges opening next year are engineering, nursing and business administration.
He referred to the International Exhibition of Innovations, which includes smart projects and distinct models linking the educational process to societal realities.
The President of Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology explained that the leadership will be in the competitiveness of students and that the student will have a competitive advantage locally, regionally and globally with teaching methods, performance-based assessment, short tests, projects and field training with interintelligence programs, flexible learning products and a faculty member that facilitates learning and liberation and graduate specifications under the fields of artificial intelligence.
D / Mohammed Hagag, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, said that the number of students for the job market is our goal with global competition and effective use of technology based on innovations and creativity and providing solutions outside the box, not traditional solutions, referring to the qualification of participating teams to 57 a team with distinct inventions and innovations.
He said that Al-Ryada University works to embrace the ideas of the creators and develop them into application through projects implemented at the university’s factories and under the supervision of a selection of faculty members of the university, and thus can be presented to the institutions of the surrounding society so that the goal is achieved.
D / Yasser Madani, Director of the International Exhibition of Innovations, said that the goal is to produce ideas, demand a product and meet challenges inside and outside Egypt. He pointed out that the location of Sadat City is distinguished as attractive for investments and building job market disciplines and that there are graduates with certain skills and ability to use technology.
The innovation exhibition aims to showcase innovative concepts and projects developed within Egyptian and foreign universities and schools, along with a variety of technical projects. The exhibition contributes to promoting creative thinking and inspiring students to investigate and create new methods for a range of issues and difficulties across many disciplines.
He noted that he had applied for 300 teams and after two stages of qualification between the teams, he qualified for the final and attended the exhibition 57 teams from universities and schools. Supervisors, representatives of participating educational institutions and experts in innovation and creativity are present at the exhibition.
He said the exhibition is a good opportunity to showcase the creative work of talented young people before evaluation committees and interested people from various fields of industry, education and scientific research.
