He/She will develop and implement long-term engineering strategies and plans aligned with the university’s goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the maintenance team responsible for the upkeep and operation of University buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.
  • Coordinate with other university departments to address maintenance needs and priorities in a timely manner.
  • Lead the Project Management team team responsible for overseeing all engineering- related projects within the university.

Job Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil or Architecture. Proven project management experience.
  • Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience with extensive experience in engineering management, with a focus on space planning and project management.
  • Technical Skills : Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. · Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to engineering operations and safety.
