On Saturday, RST organized a visit to Panorama of the October War with the participation of a delegation of students from the faculty of Dentistry, Computers & Artificial Intelligence, physical Therapy, Nursing, Business Administration and Engineering on the occasion of Egypt’s celebrations of the 51st anniversary of the glorious October victories under the auspices of Dr. Yahya Mbarok, Chairman.
Students witnessed the screenings of the Great October Victory saga and the sacrifices of the armed forces, who were able to break down the legend of Israel’s indomitable occupation army, where the heroes of the armed forces crossed into the eastern bank of the Suez Canal and Egyptians restored their dignity and respect for the world.
Professor Reda Hegazy, President of the University, said that the visit was aimed at promoting belonging and loyalty to the homeland among students and contributing to their introduction to the sacrifices of heroes to be proud of their country’s history, noting that the anniversary of the October victory is a symbol of national dignity and Pride , and a victory for the will of Egyptians to defend their land.
Professor Gihan Mousa, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy and supervisor of the organization of the visit, said that the participation of students celebrating the October Victory supports national values and promotes their spirit of belonging and clarifies the role of educational institutions in instilling these values in students.
