Alumni Affairs Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Alumni Affairs Specialist based in El Sadat City. The Alumni Affairs Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with alumni, organizing alumni events, creating and managing a database of alumni, and developing strategies to enhance alumni engagement. The specialist will also coordinate with other university departments to deliver resources, career development support, and networking opportunities for alumni.

Job Responsibilities

• Making sure of the data of the licentiate and bachelor certificates and reviewing them
• repairing the memorandums of granting scientific degrees for all university graduates and submitting them to the university council
• Ratification of the graduation certificates for university graduates
• Preparing temporary graduation certificates and accrediting them by the competent authority.
• Preparing permanent graduation certificates.
• Responding to correspondences from external bodies.
• Preparing the required statistics for graduates and submitting them to the relevant departments or to the external bodies entrusted with this regard.

Qualifications:

• Highly Qualified

Experience:

• Experience not less Than 3 years in alumni affairs or a related role
• Event planning, coordination, and management experience

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate and present effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people at all levels.
• Database management and proficiency in using systems
• Strategic planning and management skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams across departments
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic
