Director General of the Central Library

Job Responsibilities:

• Application of the regulations of the administration.
• Follow up the progress of work in all libraries.
• Coordinate the administration’s dealings with other departments at the university.
• Supervising and following up on the monthly inventory of all libraries to ensure the safety of the custody of each library.
• Supervise the training of new appointees and follow up the handover of their custody.
• Preparing evaluations for the employees of the department.
• Prepare the required reports.
• Follow up the registration and archiving of data in a paper and electronic manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts, Department of Libraries.
.Experience not less than 5 years. 

Technical Skills:

• Possess Strong leadership and management skills.
• Possess creative and advanced skills and ideas.
• Proficiency in writing skills and preparing periodic reports.
• Flexibility and work pressure.
• Manage time efficiently and organize your workflow perfectly.
• Ability to use software. Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Arabic and English in writing and speaking.
• Collaborate with the team and master motivation skills.
