Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing a draft budget plan for the youth welfare department and distributing it to the various organizational divisions and activities.
- Organizing and following up on the implementation of all activities within the Department.
- Manage and follow up to the necessary records to approve operations related to youth care.
- Regulating the use of youth complexes including facilities and Playgrounds and developing systems for their management and maintenance tools.
- Following up on the progress of work at the sports, artistic and social activity centers that the university establishes in each college.
- Conducting research that can identify student’s problems and suggest projects and programs to overcome them and implement what is decided upon.
- Follow up on organizing exhibitions for various activities at the university.
- Develop and implement programs to care for expatriate youth in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
- Encouraging the practice of various literary and artistic hobbies and preparing the necessary plans and programs for that.
- Supervising and following up on the workflow within the administration.
Job Requirements :
Educational Qualifications :
- Higher university qualification commensurate with the job,ِ It is Preferable bachelor’s degree in social service or a bachelor’s degree in physical education.
- It is preferable to obtain professional certificates in the Job.
Experience :
- Experience not less than 5 years In universities .
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Sufficient knowledge and awareness of the laws and regulations of universities.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor & direct the work process.
