IT Technical Support – Junior

Overview:
Join Al-Ryada University and provide first-line IT support. Assist staff and students with
hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities: 
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in IT documentation and inventory management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related.
• 1:2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Key Technical Skills:
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Basic networking
• Cloud applications familiarity (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
• Backup tools (Veeam)
