Job Responsibilities :
Successful candidates are expected to lead research, attract research funds, supervise graduate and undergraduate students, teach, develop undergraduate and graduate classes, and contribute to administrative tasks.
Technical Skills :
• In-depth knowledge related to specialty.
• Proven teaching and practical expertise in the disciplines related to specialty.
• Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, professional experience, and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills in English, which is the teaching language.
• Good management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and motivate others.
• An interest in working collaboratively within RST University and with external partners towards the development of shared projects.
