Public Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement plans and policies and develop strategies for public relations and advertising.
• Strengthening relations and enhancing the university’s role in community service.
• Strengthening ties between the university and various external parties.
• Organizing joint meetings between the university and various educational institutions.
• Supervising the follow-up of social media and responding to messages and inquiries.
• Communicate with various media to inform them about the activities and events carried out by the university.
• Receiving delegations, guests, and interviewers visiting the university and participating in the preparation and organization of visit programs.
• Organizing or participating in organizing university events and activities such as (seminars, press conferences, exhibitions and trips, and coordination with the organizers. 
• Enhancing cultural exchange and cooperation between the university and the various embassies.
• Follow up the writing and editing of articles and annual reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Mass Communication (Public Relations and Advertising).
• At least 5 years of experience in the job. 

Technical Skills:

• Possess oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in time management and task management skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Possess creative and advanced skills and ideas for marketing.
• Proficiency in writing skills and preparing periodic reports.
• Flexibility and work pressure.
• Manage time efficiently and organize workflow perfectly.
• Commitment to appearance and diplomatic responses.
• Ability to use programs. Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Arabic and English in terms of writing and speaking.
• Cooperating with the work team and mastering motivation skills.
