The President of Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology inspects the first-term exams in the faculties.
Professor Reda Hegazy, President of Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology (RST), inspected the first-term exams across the university faculties, accompanied by Professor Mamdouh Saleh, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the faculty deans.
During his visit to the examination halls of the Faculty of Nursing, Professor Hegazy ensured that first-year students found the exam level appropriate, the questions clear, and that the exam was designed according to the required specifications to assess different skills and account for individual differences among students.
He also visited the examination halls of the Faculty of Engineering, where he listened to students’ feedback. They expressed their satisfaction with the exam structure, which included multiple-choice questions in bubble sheets as well as essay questions.
While inspecting the Faculty of Physical Therapy exams, Professor Hegazy emphasized the importance of having the subject professor present until the end of the exam to address any student inquiries. He also stressed the need to allocate appropriate time for the exam to ensure no complaints regarding its length.
Professor Mamdouh Saleh, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, instructed faculty deans to carefully verify student information before the exam, enforce a strict ban on mobile phones and earphones in exam halls, and coordinate with the university’s medical administration to take necessary measures in case of medical emergencies.
