Tuition fees and refund policy

Tuition fees for Egyptian students

The following will be added to the tuition fees

Non-refundable application fee of 1500 pounds.
Administrative fees of 10,000 pounds (electronic library – e-learning – e-mail service – student services – etc.).
The value of the bus subscription, if any.
The value of the housing subscription, if any.

Tuition fees for non-Egyptian students

The following will be added to the tuition fees

Non-refundable application fee of 100 USD.
Administrative fees of 500 USD (electronic library – e-learning – e-mail service – student services – etc.).
The value of the bus subscription, if any.
The value of the housing subscription, if any.

A Special Discount is applied for the following students

A special discount is allowed for children of faculty members in Egyptian universities – children of martyrs from the armed forces and police.
A special discount is allowed for children of university employees.
Discount for students who excel in mathematics.
50% discount for students who won international championships, 30% discount for students who won regional championships, 20% discount for students who won local championships.

Refund Policy

As per the Council of Private and National Universities (CPNU) Decree on the 14th of February 2023.
  • In case of a refund request, the paid amount will be received through a bank cheque or bank transfer within fifteen working days after the refund is requested.
  • Bank cheques or bank transfers are only issued in the name of the applicant’s legal guardian (father/mother).

Deduction of 10% of the paid amount Before the beginning of the Academic Year 24/25 and 50% of the first month after the beginning of the Academic Year 24/25

- Tuition fees are subject to an annual increase up to 10%.

- The late payment penalty policy is applied after the Installment’s due date at a rate of 5% (compounded) per month.
