A New Achievement Added to the Record of Our Dentistry Students!
As part of Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology’s commitment to supporting student participation in scientific conferences—and under the patronage of Dr. Yehia Mabrouk, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and the leadership of Professor Dr. Reda Hegazy, University President—students from the Faculty of Dentistry took part in the 9th Egyptian Dental Day (EDD 2025) held at Cairo University.
Their participation was both fruitful and honorable. Professor Dr. Ehab Saeed—Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Community Service and Dean of the Faculty—announced that the students excelled in several scientific competitions, competing against students from 35 Egyptian universities:
First Place in the “Dental Biomaterials” Competition:

Third Place in the “Oral Biology” Competition:

In addition, Youssef Essam (First Year) drew attention in the Tooth Carving Competition with an outstanding model that earned admiration and praise from all attendees.
During the scientific sessions, Dr. Hadeel Farouk, Professor of Conservative Dentistry, delivered a distinguished lecture titled “Guided Tissue Remineralization,” which sparked a dynamic and engaging discussion at the conference.
