Systems Administrator – Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role focuses on day-to-day server operations, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative IT solutions.
Responsibilities: 
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and file servers.
• Apply software patches, updates, and system upgrades.
• Maintain backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures.
• Support virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud services.
• Collaborate with network and cybersecurity teams on IT projects.
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server management, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Key Technical Skills:
• Windows/Linux server administration
• Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Active Directory and Exchange Administration
• Backup and disaster recovery (Veeam experience preferred)
• Cloud administration (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
• Familiarity with emerging IT technologies Personal &

Location & Work Conditions:
• Campus location: Sadat City, Menoufia, on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road
• Transportation availability
• Work schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
