IT Technical Support – Specialist

Overview:
Provide advanced IT support at Al-Ryada University. Troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and help maintain IT operations. 
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced hardware, software, and network support.
• Manage and resolve escalated support tickets.
• Assist in IT documentation and inventory management.
• Mentor junior IT support staff.
• Collaborate with Systems, Network, and Cybersecurity teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT support.
Key Technical Skills: 
• Advanced troubleshooting
• Active Directory, network, and server basics
• Cloud applications (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
• Backup management (Veeam)
• Familiarity with emerging IT technolog
