Professor Yehia Zakaria Elhalwagy is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 34 years of national and international experience in higher education, research, and executive academic administration. His career spans renowned institutions across Egypt, Canada, and the United States, including Idaho State University (ISU, USA), Royal Military College of Canada, Queen’s University (Canada), MSA University and Military Technical College (MTC, Egypt).
Professor Elhalwagy has published more than 150 peer-reviewed international journal and conference papers in cutting-edge areas such as:
• Artificial intelligent (AI) and its applications for multisensory data fusion for multidisciplinary systems
• Embedded system design and intelligent fuzzy logic control techniques
• Optimization methods for unmanned robotic systems
