Al-Ryada University Welcomes French Educational Delegation to Discuss Prospects for Academic Collaboration
Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology (RST) received a French educational delegation led by Professor Guillaume Finck, President of the Collège de Paris International Group, and included Professor Olivier Comes, President of ÉSTIAM (School of Applied IT for Professional Careers), and Mr. Ahmed El-Khouly, Head of International Relations and Partnerships at Collège de Paris International.
The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Yehia Mabrouk, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Reda Hegazy, President of the University, and Dr. Ahmed Saber, Member of the Board of Trustees. The visit began with a presentation video showcasing the diverse academic programs offered by the university’s faculties.
In his welcoming remarks, Dr. Yehia Mabrouk expressed his enthusiasm about building academic bridges with French institutions, emphasizing the university’s aspiration to expand international academic cooperation in the near future.
Prof. Dr. Reda Hegazy highlighted the importance of strengthening international academic relations, noting that Al-Ryada University is committed to achieving both local and international competitiveness. He explained that the university’s strategic vision and mission focus on preparing creative graduates capable of innovation and critical thinking.
Professor Guillaume Finck presented the strategy of the Collège de Paris International Group, which includes 35 institutions with branches in over 40 countries, emphasizing their keen interest in establishing partnerships with Egyptian universities.
Professor Olivier Comes introduced ÉSTIAM, explaining that it is an international university specializing in computer science, enrolling students from over 30 countries. The institution offers state-accredited bachelor’s and master’s degrees in France and integrates its programs with interdisciplinary fields such as business, network management, e-commerce, and digital media.
