Director of Human Resources Department

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage plans and procedures related to all university employees
  • Follow up and manage departments in the Human Resources Department
  • Prepare performance evaluations in all colleges and departments of the university
  • Maintain the company’s organizational charts
  • Prepare the required reports
  • Review monthly salaries
  • Supervise and review recruitment processes and select candidates according to the required criteria

Academic qualifications:

  • A university degree that matches the job
  • Preferably studies in human resources

Academic qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the job
