As part of its educational mission and community role in advancing Egypt’s development goals and building capable future generations—and under the patronage of Dr. Yahya Mabrouk, Chairman of the Board of Trustees—Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology (RST) welcomed a group of students applying to join English language courses organized by the British Council in collaboration with the university.
A placement test was conducted under the supervision of British Council experts to determine each student’s language proficiency level, in preparation for enrolling them in the appropriate course that matches their skills.
Prof. Dr. Reda Hegazy, President of the University, directed the preparation of computer labs and exam halls across the faculties and ensured that all necessary facilities were made available to welcome students and their parents during the testing process.
He emphasized that the university’s partnership with the British Council aims to provide a community service for the people of Monufia by offering students certified training in English language speaking and communication skills. These efforts are in line with Egypt’s national education strategy and Vision 2030, aiming to create meaningful learning opportunities that empower and develop youth across the Delta region.
